She knew the right level of home preparation for that type of property and it was sold within a few weeks. The second property was a purchase of a short-sell property. She stayed on realtor who was representing bank and was aware of all the paperwork needed. Close after my grandmother passed away, Cristina was able to help my Mom list/sell my Grandmother’s house… an almost impossible place to sell given the condition it was in.
